Movement by Ship

Some fiefs are ports from which you can take ship to other ports. On the Travel Menu, fiefs marked with a "&" are ports and allow the use of the Port Movement option. Keep in mind that it was often easier to get to many places by marching. Sea travel was an uncertain enterprise in the 14th century. Moreover, it will cost you money to move by ship. It costs 2,000 ducats for yourself, and the same amount for every NPC in your party. Note that in most cases you should only use ship movement when you have too. Moving cross country is generally much quicker if it is an option.
