If you must punish one of your nobles, by outlawing, seizing and executing him, keep in mind that if you want to wipe out that players position you have to seize and execute the entire family. Sometimes this is necessary for a particularly troublesome player. So grab the entire clan, or said player will have heirs through which to survive executions, and continue to annoy you.
