Lock Out Menu

Players have the option of locking any of their keeps, to prevent specific players or entire nationalities (English, French or Other) from entering the locked keep and visiting the court. This keeps the designated locked out players away from your women and NPCs. You cannot seize anyone in a locked keep, and kidnapping and assassination are a bit more difficult. A player cannot lock out a nationality and unlock for specific players of that nationality.

Unemployed NPCs can still be approached via the Tavern option in each fief. Lockouts are undone when a position is purged.

The Lockout Utilities are found on the Fief Menu of fiefs you own and are pretty self-explanatory.
