Comments: Suffolk is a shire in eastern England, just south of Norfolk, with which it shares a common history. Suffolk (i.e., home of the 'South Folk' of the Angles) is part of the Archiepiscopal province of Canterbury , and there is a local Bishop at Dunwich. The province is quite prosperous, with some industry in the principal towns, a good deal of fishing and shipping in the ports, and much shepherding.
