Press <ENTER> to continue. If you hate seeing that message, you can turn this message off. Option 21 on the main menu is now > Toggle <Pa>use On/Off. If <Pa>use is toggled off then you will not get the "press <ENTER> to continue." messages anymore. If you toggle it back on then you start getting them again.
